Star Trek: The Crouton Generation
Regular Casting List
Commander Bloocheez Ed Begley, Jr.
Commander Bloocheez is the Hidden Valley Ranch nemesis of Captain Crouton.
He stands approximately seven feet tall, with white-blond hair and blue-green
freckles and commanded the HVR _C Hag_ until it was destroyed by James T. Kirk.
He returned, more chauvanistic than ever, and still, for some reason,
infatuated with Captain Kabeta, in a brand new ship, the _C Sick_. However,
Bloocheez's back luck held when control of the _C Sick_ was siezed by his
officers as the result of a power coup. Bloocheez's current whereabouts
are unknown.
Johann Sebastian Spock Christopher Lee
The foremost composer of the early 25th Century, his arrogance is rivaled
only by his musical talent.
King of Camelot Sean Connery
Elected for a 10 year term, the King is a friendly, yet powerful ruler
of his 23rd Century consitutional monarchy. He owes much to Jez the Wonder
Kitty, who helped him to repel a Kelvin invasion several months ago. He
knighted Jez their Black Knight in response and is now seeking Federation
membership for his planet. (Camelot is in the SMC.)
Captain Rene Picard Kevin Costner
Rene Picard, the nephew of Jean-Luc Picard, carries on the tradition
set by his uncle. Picard currently commands the _Nostromo_ class starship
USS _Fearless_ (NCC 5748). Picard figured prominently during the Borg
Dilemma, and more recently in defending the Grand Alliance from the Kelvins.
Romulan Praetor Tomalok Andreas Katsulas
The same Tomalok from assorted episodes of TNG, he rose to the height
of Romulan politics after the Lucky Charms decimated the Empire. Tomalok
is as arrogant as ever, but age has tempered him somewhat. He is partially
responsible for forging the new alliance with the United Federation of
Planets.
Klingon Emperor Arnold Schwarzenegger
The current Emperor of the Klingon Empire rules with a moderate hand.
There has been little character development done with him so far, and we
haven't even decided on a full name for him.
Federation President James Earl Jones
Again, very little character development has been done with the
President.
The Kunz Peter Dale Kunz
Impish, omnipotent being who, although he can't break the laws of
physics, can bend them a bit. He is known for his "easy" exams and his
tendency to show up when the crew least needs interruption. "I think
it will be an...easy exam."
The Riddler Brian Ridley
Peculiar slavedriver of the planet DPG-214. His peculiar forms of
torture, combined with his peculiar tendency to stutter and sputter and
"Um" a lot, make him an interesting foe. "Have you...eh...tried trimming
it...uhm...with a few picofarads of capacitance? Oh, um, yes."
The Carl Carl Wieman
The twisted omnipotent being known as the Carl loves to pose our crew
with classical mechanics problems from hell. His ability to turn nasty
quantum mechanics and E&M problems into "simple" classical mechanics
problems is renowned. "It's just algebra."
DeGrandiose Thomas DeGrand
Insane human particle physicist who believes he is omnipotent. His
degrandiose schemes often require intervention by the Kunz or other
omnipotent beings to put things right.
Hippie Woman Beth "Dead Pedestrian" Zecca
Hippie Woman and her minion Josh show up and rehash old ST:TOS plots
like "The Way to Eden" and "The Final Frontier" by taking control of the
ship and doing weird things.
Prof. Love William Love
Twisted fiend and friend of the Riddler who is looking to take over
the Riddler's slaves some day. He is like the worst qualitites of the Q
and the Hidden Valley Ranchers, rolled in with the Riddler's sadistic
style of torture.
Vice Admiral Data Brent Spiner
After a long and splendid career in Star Fleet, Data now leads a
quieter life as the Commandant of the Star Fleet Academy. Having first
served as one of the best instructors they Academy ever had, he was
quickly promoted to the top position, ensuring Star Fleet the best cadet
classes ever.
He took some time out from his Academy post last year to help with
negotiations for the Romulan Alliance. Many attribute the beginning of
resolution of differences between the Romulans and the Klingons to Data's
calm-under-fire approach.
Admiral Miles Edward O'Brien Colm Meaney
Long-standing Transporter Chief under Captain Picard, O'Brien moved
slowly through the ranks, at one time serving as captain to a crew that
included Avenger and a young Kabeta. Still somewhat cowardly in his
approach, he now commands the frontier starbase (LMC2) in the Large
Magellanic Cloud, ironically now serving *under* his former Second Officer.
Keiko Ishigawa O'Brien Rosalind Chao
Keiko and O'Brien were first introduced to one another by a mutual
friend, Data. Married during the original mission of the Enterprise-D,
they have weathered a variety of marital and galactic strife and have
somehow made it through it. Keiko has remained a civilian and is considered
a leader in the field of vegetarian food engineering, which unfortunately
causes Miles a certain amount of trouble if she insists on making dinner.
Ambassador Kennedy Katherine Hepburn
The noted Earth ambassador from Massachusetts is the latest in a
500 year dynasty of Kennedys influential in Terran government. Crossfire
made it into the Academy on her recommendation and the two have a strong
friendship dating back to his pre-Academy days. Her wit and compassion
plus her strong personality help in her diplomatic relations with other
cultures.
Ambassador Torv Danny Devito
Ambassador Torv is another in a long line of argumentative Tellarites
good at disrupting Federation trade conferences, sticking his nose in where
it doesn't belong, and generally making a nuisance of himself. If it weren't
for the presence of Ambassador Kennedy (his arch-nemesis) at most of these
gatherings, Torv might just sway everything toward the Tellarite point of
view (just so he'll shut up).
Admiral Craig Bowman "Stormin'" Norman Schwarzkopf
Craig Bowman was the first to command the USS _Nostromo_ during the
Borg Dilemma. It is said that each era has its James Kirk, and Bowman was
the Kirk of the Dilemma. Now retired, Bowman still occasionally manages
to fenagle his way onto a starship and say hello to old friends--especially
Crossfire.

THE GRETZKYS
Lt. JG Janet Jones Gretzky Janet Jones Gretzky
Former Olympic gymnast, now serving aboard the _Croutonprize_ with her
husband, Wayne Gretzky.
Joanna Gretzky (Fictional daughter)
Wayne and Janet's daughter was born during the height of the Lucky
Charm Invasion at the beginning of Season Two. Now nearly two years old,
she has been diagnosed with Dove's Syndrome, an incurable birth defect
that is indetectable in utero and is believed to be caused by defective sperm,
caused the father's overexposure to a zero-G environment. Joanna has
finally begun to develop in the manner of infants half her age, but she
will never fully develop as a human being and will always require a
certain amount of extra care from her family.
MacKenzie, the Notorious Gretzky Kitty
Meows with one of those obvious Canadian accents and is a big fan of
Bob and Doug MacKenzie of "The Great White North." He acts like he hates
Jez, but really enjoys it when they beat the tar out of each other. He is
a mischevious prankster with very little sense of responsibility, except
when it comes to Joanna, who he would protect with his life if it came to it.
He is a big grey tabby, but is still dwarfed by gigantic Jez.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
"Captain" (Commander) Torbog Michael Ironside
Commander Torbog commands the Romulan flagship, known as the
"T'kryllyk" to the Romulan Defense Force and as the "Bald Eagle" to
Star Fleet. He is a competent commander and led the Romulan contingent
that, with the help of Kabeta and her task force, repelled the Lucky
Charms from Romulan space.
The "T'kryllyk" was recently given the Terran name "Bald Eagle"
and Torbog was given the honorary Star Fleet rank of Captain when his
ship was reassigned to the Large Magellanic Cloud. His past dealings
and developing friendship with Kabeta have assisted in his crew's
assimilation into Federation culture.
In battle, Torbog is as ruthless as any Romulan, but is smart
enough to know how to win too.
Ensign Practor Alyssa Milano
Ensign Practor spent three years in the Romulan equivalent of Star
Fleet Academy before the Lucky Charm Invasion destroyed her world. She
entered Star Fleet Academy and finished her fourth year there as part of
a Romulan-Federation agreement designed to help improve relations between
the two nations as they moved toward a new alliance. Practor came to the
LMC aboard the "Bald Eagle," awaiting a position on a Federation ship,
which opened up within weeks aboard the _USS Subaru_.
Practor is young, ambitious, and inexperienced. She will tend to
act before thinking sometimes and will make mistakes. She is here to learn
and improve herself. One thing must not be forgotten -- no matter how
many mannerisms she may have picked up during her year at Star Fleet
Academy, she is still a Romulan and her loyalties will sometimes seem
divided.
Practor wears a Romulan uniform with Federation rank and other
insignias attached in the appropriate places. When she is off-duty,
she will tend to either remain in uniform, or occasionally will be
seen in public in truly Romulan civilian clothing. Her quarters also
reflect her heritage to a great deal.
Ensign Yi Brian Tochi
A junior member of Missy's Engineering staff, Yi is a specialist
in warp drive mechanics and dabbles in ancient power systems as a hobby
(a plus on first contact missions).
Commander Jim Palmer Jim Palmer
Jim Palmer entered Star Fleet Academy at age 18 and led the Academy
baseball team to three consecutive collegiate titles. Upon his graduation
from the Academy, Star Fleet suggested that he put his baseball talents
to use. "We can always find new recruits for Star Fleet," reported Admiral
Robinson, "but the majors will have difficulty finding better." Palmer
then pitched several years in the major leagues, winning
Commander Ahab Tom Baker
Commander Ahab commands the HVR White_Whale.
