Well, now that the _Heisenberg_ has been rescued from phase-space oblivion,
there will need to be a few crew shifts.

One of these is a new second officer.  Here are the candidates, all of whom
have been asked whether they'd be interested...

Lt. Cdr. Q. Torvald McDonagh, Chief Engineer and Silly Support Officer

Lt. Cdr. Edwin Aoki, Computer Officer

Lt. Cdr. Zenador, Xenologer
